Cancellation Policy
I charge a 25.00 cancellation fee or Full Deposit for any no-shows or last minute cancellations or unapproved appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Doing so will leave an open opportunity for the cancelled spot to be filled with another appointment.. NON-REFUNDABLE Deposits (via Cash App ($DarlinNicki99 ) or card on file BEFORE APPOINTMENT APPROVAL. & will be deducted from remaining balance on the day appointment was originally set.. If at any point card on file is deactivated before fee is received..IT WILL BE ADDED TO NEW SERVICE FEE.. Also after 2 or more cancellations you will automatically be banned from booking...
If there is a cancellation you will have a opportunity within the same week of deposit made to set another day and time.. If YOU are on series and cancel once within that series... the system will automatically cancel the entire series out and another deposit will be required. Also when scheduling your online appointment please allow 2hr increments. If any changes in time allotment you will be contacted.
